SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf held a meeting with Zhang Xinming, President of Sinopec Engineering.
During the meeting, both sides acknowledged the successful development of relations between Azerbaijan and China across various fields, including the energy sector, and expressed satisfaction with the ongoing cooperation between SOCAR and Chinese companies.
They exchanged views on oil and gas processing, petrochemicals, digitalization, energy transition, and the application of modern processing technologies, as well as other topics of mutual interest.
At the end of the meeting, the parties signed a framework agreement on cooperation.
