"Pathways to Engineering" Development Programme
We train blue-collar employees who own academic degree and promote them to white-collar positions. As part of the programme, workers who will become engineers in the future perform engineering activities and participate in trainings with the support of their mentors. We evaluate the competencies of participants who have completed the programme and appoint them to vacant engineering positions. Thus, we fill junior engineer/specialist category vacancies at the expense of our internal candidates and ensure their career development.
