PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING RULES BEFORE SENDING AN ELECTRONIC APPLICATION TO STATE OIL COMPANY OF REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN:
- It is important to correctly fill in the required information fields before writing the text.
- The text must be written using the alphabet of the language it is written in, should not be entirely in uppercase or lowercase, must be divided into sentences, and must follow punctuation rules.
- The essence of the application must be expressed fully and clearly
- If the author of the appeal does not provide accurate information about themselves or if the appeal does not meet the requirements of Articles 6.4–6.9 of the Law “On Citizens’ Appeals” (for example, if the text is illegible, the request is unclear, or contains insults or slander), no response will be given.
- According to subclause 8.1.4 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Citizens’ Appeals,” if a citizen’s repeated appeal has been substantively answered three times within a year and no new information has been provided, the appeal will not be reconsidered.
- Before the review period of the initial appeal ends, citizens’ subsequent appeals with the same content (related to the previous issue) are attached to the initial appeal and considered within the same procedure.
