When investors and credit organizations wish to cooperate with any company, first of all the international rating of the company in discussion is reviewed. A rating reflects the economic power of a company and makes it easy to get necessary information about that company. Currently three US companies are leaders in issuing ratings. They are Fitch Ratings, Moody’s and Standard & Poor’s companies. In order for a rating to be more reliable, receiving ratings from at least two rating companies is required.
